With this team we bring together the best of customer success, renewals and sales methodologies to deliver positive business outcomes for our customers and business. We drive customer retention and expansion and increase adoption of the New Relic Platform. The work we do is pivotal to the evolution of our product-led, growth sales model.

Strong leadership from our Chief Growth Officer and VP of Inside Sales and Success, ensures that we benefit from positive relationships and strong alignment between product, marketing, and sales leadership.

This US based role is remote first. Working from a remote office may be available depending on the applicant's location.

What you'll do
  • Drive Retention - Secure renewals & mitigate churn
  • Increase Adoption - Support customer onboarding and account health checks, facilitate customer education and enablement
  • Deliver Expansion - Growing revenue at renewal time & throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Improve Customer Relationships - Engage with accounts at key moments in the customer journey & be their voice within New Relic

This role requires
  • Customer facing sales, renewals or customer success role in the SaaS industry - Bonus - prior quota carrying role
  • Building, analyzing, and interpreting datasets
  • Interacting with internal and customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
  • Identifying key goals and steering customers with value based discussions
  • Using and learning new software - Bonus - experience with G Suite, Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), Groove, Periscope, etc.
Bonus points if you have
  • Background in observability/ performance monitoring / DevOps/ consumption based platforms
  • Contributed to building a scale CS function
  • Project Management Experience - Bonus - PMP qualification

Estimated Base Pay Range: $ 89,600 - $ 112,000
Consistent with New Relic's values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. The base pay range above represents a good faith estimate of the low and high end base pay range for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document), participation in our stock equity plan, short- and long-term incentives, and other department-specific awards that may be applicable. In addition, New Relic provides a variety of benefits to employees. The range provided may also represent candidate ranges and may not reflect the full range or geographic differential for an individual tenured employee.
